These terms and conditions govern your use of yourcarpet.com and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our Products

We sell the following types of product:

• Ready-to-ship rugs — individually numbered, one-of-a-kind items from our showroom inventory (over 5,000 pieces in Marbella).
• Custom-size commissioned carpets — carpets made to your specified dimensions after you place your order.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once we confirm it by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if a one-of-a-kind item becomes unavailable after you order it — in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in Euros and include applicable tax. The price shown at checkout is final, with nothing additional to pay on delivery. Payment is taken in full at checkout via one of many available options, processed securely by Stripe. See the We Accept section at the bottom of the page footer to find out if we accept your desired payment option.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free to all destinations we deliver to. Handling time, delivery estimates by country, carriers, and related terms are set out in full in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation

Ready-to-ship rugs may be returned within 14 days of delivery by customers in the European Union. Outside the EU, returns are not accepted. Custom-size commissioned carpets are not eligible for return anywhere, as they are tailor-made.

Full details, including the exchange process for damaged, incorrect, or items with quality issues — available worldwide regardless of destination — are set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched (or, for custom-size carpets, before production has begun) by either using our Withdrawal from Contract Form or by contacting info@yourcarpet.com. See the Cancellation section of that policy for full cancellation details.

Custom-Size Orders

Custom-size carpets are made specifically to your order. Please check dimensions and specifications carefully before confirming a custom order, as these items cannot be returned once production has begun, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of The Magic Carpets Company S.L. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display this content without our prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect address information you provide, or for delivery estimates that turn out to be inaccurate due to factors outside our control (customs processing, courier delays). Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Málaga, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction rules that may apply to EU consumers, who may also be entitled to use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
